Will I meet my Virtual Assistant in person?
ABSOLUTELY. One great perk of choosing our company is that you will be able to meet your Virtual Assistant. In person visits are offered to retainer clients on a monthly basis while general clients are able to request in person visits with bookings. *Exclusions apply
Can my Virtual Assistant work on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?
Yes. Holiday, weekends and after hours are available however, requests must be submitted two (2) weeks in advance. Once request is submitted your VA will contact you to confirm scheduling and availability.
Can my Virtual Assistant help me file my taxes?
Though we offer a variety of services unfortunately at this time our VA’s are unable to perform Tax services. We do however offer services such as book keeping and accounting to help your tax filing process a lot easier.
Am I able to terminate an agreement during the duration of services?
We take pride in serving our clients and their satisfaction is our top priority. Each VA and client work closely together to create a progress timeline and goals are met in accordance to that. Please speak directly with your VA upon retaining services about the termination policy.
Can I hire a VA for my business Short-Term or Long-Term?
We have a great team of VA’s ready to assist you and your business. Due to the extent of services provided please speak with your VA about specific job related requests and contracts lengths. Each VA work on their own schedule so availability may differ.
